My experience from my initial contact with the clinic through to discharge and beyond was exceptional. The whole team, from admin staff through to porters , housekeeping, all nursing ,clinical and surgical staff, was exceptional.What could have been a terrifying experience was in fact a very positive one.All staff deserve to be commended.
Th costs involved are note in correspondence and I presume are a matter for my Insurers.
My consultant, Mr Kelvin Lau, was superb.He has a very kind and caring manner . He explained everything about the procedure and aftercare perfectly.He was never rushed when he visited and I had total confidence in him and his expertise.He showed genuine concern in me as a patient and as a person.He is a truly dedicated professional with exceptional skills both in and out of surgery. I would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone who may require his expertise.
Everyone involved in my care was excellent.From my first contact with Mr Lau’s secretary, Sabia,who was extremely helpful . Nothing was too much trouble for her.She is very polite and very good at her job.
The whole team, clinical and surgical and everyone in between from porters to housekeeping were excellent.Everyone was kind, caring and accommodating.
It was a very dedicated team who looked after me.
I would especially commend the nurse, Amy( her badge name is Amethyst) who took care of me in ICU.She , along with everyone else in ICU were wonderful.
I would also like to mention the nurses Mat( Matthew), Cassandra, Elizabeth , Josh and Vanessa . Paulo ands Mirella also deserve a special thank you.They are truly dedicated professionals and a credit to the Cleveland.The physiotherapists we’re also exceptional and very helpful.
I must also mention the anaesthetist, whose name I can’t remember. He put me at ease and was very caring.
My experience at the Cleveland was exceptional due to the compassion and dedication of all the staff I encountered.
