My stay was made as pleasant as possible when one is having a major operation. I found all the staff excellent. They were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would be very happy to have future treatments here.

My only negative was the food service. I should have been given better guidance about the food on offer and how to order it online. All my orders were taken verbally and so two of the meals were not exactly what I ordered. I would make a general observations. Just about everywhere in the clinic was painted white and looked very clinical. Some uplifting colours in places would improve the feel of the clinic and make it less start.

Mr Ulbricht had been recommended to me by a friend who had a similar operation to me earlier in 2022. Mr Ulbricht lived up to his billing!
