Every single person I came into contact with at the Cleveland was exceptional.
Suggested improvements
I think it would be nice if you had a more variety of vegetarian food.
From the very first appointment I had with my consultant Mr Kelvin Lau was absolutely incredible.
Mr Lau is a fantastic person. He came to see me everyday and assured me of my progress and to check on my wellbeing.
He is very kind and understanding, he explained everything to me clearly.
Through the procudure he has done, Mr Lau has given me a chance of a healthy life for the future.
I Thank You Endlessly Mr Kelvin Lau.
I would also like to Thank my anaesthetist Dr Schofield for coming to see me and explain everything.
From the reception downstairs to the reception on level 1 their service was perfect.
From my pre assesment to the day of my surgery I received the greatest of care.
I would like to Thank JJ and Jessica who gave me great assurance and made me feel calm and safe.
In ICU I would like to Thank Marabel, Katey, Janeth and all the the doctors and nurses who gave me great care and attention.
Thank you to all the nurses and doctors that cared for me on Level 5 especially
Mackenzie, Emma, Aris, Erin, Paulo, Josh, Matt, Carlo Jenny and Merial their care and service was second to none. Absolutely wonderful. The reception on Level 5 was helpful and always pleasant.
I would also like to say Thank you to all the staff in catering and housekeeping for keeping up with all me requests.
