Delay in procedure 2hrs 45min wait time. Left on the trolley post operation for at least 30 mins due to nurses being ‘on lunch’. Food order was forgotten and re-ordered one hour later when I pressed the button. Order was missing the tea which was an important part of the meal. Overall: Surgery experience and staff were excellent. Service and delays were exceptionally poor and a 10 minute procedure under sedation became a 5 hour+ visit. Terrible.



David Cumming and is anaesthetist team were exceptional.
