Cleveland Clinic London is a 5 star operation. Everything was wonderful - from the doctors, nurses, therapists and everyone else. Respectful and courteous and encouraging and supportive. Special thanks to Dr Arvind Chandratheva for his concern and care and going the extra mile to ensure that his patient received all the intensive therapy needed to allow her to return home as an outpatient in a hospital in NYC.

Suggested improvements
4 things need improvement: the patient should be able to control the temperature of the room better than is offered. It was freezing cold at times - Had to wear warm sweaters and ask for a pot of hot water to chase the chills away. blinds in the patient room are not blackout blinds and in the summer, hard to go to sleep early. wifi capabilities are weak for patients and staff - everyone running near windows to connect And front receptionists should have the ability to use a remote to allow visitors etc to enter into the ward instead of having to stand up and personally used their cards to open the doors.

Dr Chandratheva is an excellent doctor who has excellent patient relationship skills. His ability to speak with the patient and family and explain everything was great. His team which included all the therapists always kept everyone on the same page

YES Dr Arvind Chandratheva - for going the extra mile and ensuring a good result within the allocated time. Gordana (Jo) from room service for her beautiful smile everyday, her love and concern and trying hard to please. Nassima also for her efforts. Cliff G - intake and followup - and all the help he gave . Fiona and Carly for all their help with miscellaneous and jumping up to open the door each time we required entry. Rebecca - patient co-coordinator and speech therapist and all the therapists that attended to Gillian - too many to mention each here
