Everyone always respected my privacy in every way which was really good and especially being a younger patient I very much appreciated that. I couldn’t fault my visit here and although I hope not to come back again I for sure won’t be hesitant about your service here.

The food in particular my chips could have been hotter and there was no salt on the chips. A few times they got my ice cream order wrong and in one occasion forgot my mash potato but this was very quickly resolved which was lovely and in time to still eat with the rest of my dinner. There was also no shampoo in the shower only conditioner.

Dr Saba and all the medial team involved in my procedure and care were excellent. I felt very comfortable going in and clearly understood the procedure and any risks involved. In particular I really liked how Dr Saba explained my procedure and anything else other I was unsure of using objects like his stethoscope or handle strap of his brief case. It made everything very clear and easy for me to understand and feel sure of what was happening. Dr Saba also has a great positive, direct personality and was very reassuring both before, during and after my ablation. I feel this is really important especially being a younger patient and I very much appreciated this. Also a special mention to one of the doctors in the theatre from Brisbane. It was lovely talking to you and you very much distracted me from the cold stickers, keep playing golf it’s a great sport!! Also Paul the anaesthetist thank you for being so patient with me. I’m sorry my veins were so bad at detecting but I’m glad you got there in the end. My nurses Lauren and Cass were amazing. Really friendly and welcoming. Especially Lauren was respectful when I arrived whilst my parents in the room because I was quite hesitant if any questions were going to asked which I felt uncomfortable answering infront of them but Lauren made that very clear from the start and I was very appreciative of that. My nurse in the recovery room was also very nice. I’m sorry I don’t remember her name (hopefully that is semi-normal in the recovery room!!) but she made me feel very safe and in good hands when I woke up which I am very thankful for. After the operation Cass was exceptional. She was incredibly friendly and amazing at looking after me. Thank you very much Naomi too for your care. Everyone was lovely and made me feel comfortable and have a very pleasant stay.
