Medically and nursing wise the care we re great
Suggested improvements
The food!!
I am a dietitian. You need to do better. A few comments
1. The lemon and ginger biscuits taste awful but contain 3.4g saturated fat per biscuit. We should all eat under 20g saturated fat per day. Why not choose a lower saturated fat biscuit - especially fur cardiac patients
2. No decaffeinated coffee!
3. Many inpatients don't want 'heavy' meals. Your only fish is seabass. Monotonous. What's wrong with some fresh salmon
4. The cakes for dessert are so small. And not very nice
5. The soup choices are often Spicey - leek and garlic, lentil Dahl - so all that's left us the tomato consommé
6. I've been building my own salad as I know how hospital kitchens work. Quinoa salad isn't everyone's cup of tea!
7. The fruit salad portion is Minute
8. The berries and rice pudding were very pleasant
9. Snack choices - why no crackers? Was offered another horrible lemon and ginger biscuit. Cheese and crackers, soup, toast and cereals should be readily available as well as milky drinks
10. Menu is sort of diet coded for s healthy heart. But no consistency. I can't choose an egg May sandwich but can have a 3 egg omelette! Needs some dietetic input
You are so nearly there. Just need's tweaking
He was very giid
Some of the nurses went above and beyond. I've been readmitted twice! Josh was great
Joseph the Dr was great.
