The care and attention was second to none Everyone was professional, dedicated and focused.
I felt totally secure and comfortable.
Even the catering girls were so sweet and attentive.
Suggested improvements
The kitchen ,too often would forget a cup or spoon or some ordered item which necessitated me disturbing the nurse to call back and correct. The food is good with the exception of the falafel which came fridge cold and once heated was inedible any way. I think they forgot to fry them.
This was not the fault of the girls taking the order, as they would repeat the order verbally correct every time
Till I complained , the soup, food and coffee was Luke warm.
You need smaller cutlery for spreading jam etc on toast. The huge knives are not easy.
Your pillows are not very good. Barnet Hospital had three lovely soft pillows.
The cleaners do not lift the toilet lid to sanitise the seat and underneath the lid. They simply wash the pan with the lid in place. Unacceptable.
All the nurses without exception .Too many to name.
All the catering girls. I especially loved Yenti Pernia and Weddy.Even the porters were great.
It was A 1 from start to finish .
