Arrival and check in went well and organised. Continuous checks on my identity were carried out. Nurse care was personal and efficient. Physio was great and the organising in order of discharge was good.

I’m not a big fan of my chart - it’s nice to have a forum to look at but I would’ve preferred more telephone contact and confirmation.
