The vascular consultant was excellent, I could not have wished for better and would not have any hesitation in returning to see / consult him in future and would recommend him. However, the administration, online and telephone communications fall short of what would be expected. The online forms are far too complicated and wordy and the pre-arrival information, instructions and directions lacking, failed to be sent and the directions were unclear so as to make them inaccurate. The nursing was also not good enough. The wrong size steri-strips were applied because the correct size could not be found!! The result was blood leaking from wounds after I had returned home. Also not all the wire-attachments had been removed.

Suggested improvements
As above. The efficiency of the nursing and administration needs improvement. It may be acceptable for the US but, from my experience, does not compare with other private hospitals in London
