A couple of minor isses: Had to change rooms on first night due to defective heating and lighting controls Wasn’t offered any washing/handwashing post operation ahead of eating / Sleeping Confusion about hospital supplying my regular Levothyroxine despite pharmacy staff taking details. None supplied on first morning and I had to challenge nursing staff to ensure I could take it at the usual time Incomplete discharge medication supplied 2 days ahead of scheduled discharge Found catering response slow around ensuring adequate fresh water and clean glasses- had to request several times
