Mr Fevzi Shakir is always down-to-earth and easy to speak to about issues that are personal and require sensitivity. He made me feel relaxed, which is so important when having surgery and the caregivers/nurses (Jeez/JC, Jen and Isaac) who took care of me were all friendly, thoughtful and kind. The hospital was very clean and I was made to feel very welcome on arrival.

I was a little in the dark about what was required of me pre-op - i.e. whether I needed to be nil by mouth and for how many hours and what that meant exactly. Otherwise, the care that I received at the hospital was excellent.

Yes the caregivers, in particular JC/Jeez.
