Medical sick notes not provided by Cleveland clinic. I had to ask after reviewing the dicharge notes and noticed nothing is mentioned about sick leave period. I asked the nurse who explained that I would have to contact my GP to get the sick note which I thought was an additional task I had to do and could not understand why the clinic who had conducted my operation were not in a position to issue the medical note.


After speaking to the consultant, Mr Imber during my consultation, all my worries were put at ease and I immediately had the feeling that I could trust him 110%. Mr Imber and his team were exceptional, professional, caring, friendly and understanding.


everyone at the clinic from the cleaners, catering staff, pre - ope staff and surgeon were exceptional and exceeded my expectations.
