I think I probably would have worked out how to select the television channel that I wanted to watch if I had spent longer looking for it.
I did however find the guest Wi-Fi channel.
The pencil that was provided to mark my choice on the menu didn’t work very well on the shiny paper that the menu is printed on.
The trolly beds were more comfortable than they looked - but they are narrow. And access to the controller so that patients can adjust their own positions could be a bit
T more convenient.
The kindness of all the staff and their enthusiasm for the culture of the hospital. Many having worked for the Cleveland Clinic since it opened.
