. I was treated with compassion, kindness, respect and empathy. I have had a lot of treatment in the private sector and this experience has been the best by far.

Nothing. I was very well treated.
My consultant was very kind and explained my treatment plan thoroughly.
Everyone treated me well including the catering staff.
My nurse Paulo was very kind.
