I had downloaded all my medical notes pertaining to this particular medical problem I am together with links for the scans. I did this over two weeks ago.The consultant had not downloaded the scans nor was he able to use the cds I brought with me.
I just regurgitatied my medical history and as I have a brain injury this has affected my memory. I came all the way from Russia in order to receive treatment and then return as soon as possible
Suggested improvements
I expected to have left the consultation with a treatment plan. Instead I left £300 poorer with no answers whatsoever. I have used private medicine all my life and I’ve never experienced anything quite as unsatisfactory as this.
I might also add that I was expecting to be seen by the consultant at the Amethyst clinic and not the Cleveland clinic. All my dealings have been with the Amethyst clinic
