Excellent doctor.
Suggested improvements
Even though there were few patients in waiting area, one was not masked.
The Mychart system a nuisance; I had to spend too much time on it.
Appointment was not booked by medical sec and I had to rebook day before.
I know it's not your fault but traffic driving to Grosvenor Place was utterly appalling.
Please stop sending me long questionnaires with several questions which are not applicable with no N/A choice
