The staff at the Cleveland were absolutely amazing and I had full confidence in all of them. I felt I was lucky to have had my operation and after care at the Cleveland, they were efficient and sympathetic.
Suggested improvements
You might sort out the way meals are ordered, very unsatisfactory there must be an easier and more efficient system.
My consultant has an amazing reputation and I know people who have used him.
