The delay wasn't very long so wasn't an issue, only 10mins. Dr Jarman was great, knowledgeable, friendly and understanding. Nurses were fantastic, I didn't get names, but the person who seemed like a head nurse was especially lovely. She overheard me requesting a plaster and quickly step in to see if I was ok. The reception staff were also lovely. Was the best clinic I've been too

The coat hook in the toilet is pretty sharp! That's why I needed a plaster
