The entire staff involved in my care were very supportive, kind, and helpful towards me. I felt included in my care throughout my stay. My queries were answered promptly and Dr Smellie was very helpful explaining my surgery and after care. I also appreciate the nurses who were absolutely amazing and the anaesthetist involved. My anxiety was well managed and I felt at ease all through.
Suggested improvements
I think I got the best care I could ask for. The team was excellent and I didn’t feel left behind.
The female nurse that cared for me from my admission point was exceptional. She was very friendly, kind and explained everything that was going to happen prior my surgery and she made me feel safe and less anxious.
And indeed the entire team was truly exceptional.
