I was made to feel very welcome. I had a number of appointments and all were on time and each person in the medical team who attended to me were courteous, kind and knowledgeable. I felt that I was in very competent hands at all times.

I can’t think of anything. May have been good to have access to a hot drink. Only water was available.

Not particularly as the whole process was a preliminary to my impending surgery at Cleveland Clinic Hospital.
