The really very unsatisfactory part was the catering ! Meals never arrived on time - sometime the wrong meal order arrived, one evening supper arrived at 21.15 instead of 18.30- and only after it had been chased by me and the nurse various time. You need to drasitically improve! The quality of the food was good!

Suggested improvements
Re Final bill- I only received the final bill after chasing it! My suggestion send the final invoice automatically 10 days after the op! I needed this invoice in order to put a claim into my insurance.and could have done without the hassle of the identification process, just to request my invoice copy and the wait!
