My treatment was first class. The biggest I think was the time given. No one rushed me and everyone listened. Maybe because I have sadly spent a lot of time in NHS hospitals over the last 18 months with my mother, the contrast is stark. On top of that the kindness shown and the extremely high level of service from Mr Shakir, right through to the porter who welcomed us at the door, was exemplary. It was a lot better than some hotels I have stayed in. The doctors discussed everything in detail. I really have nothing but praise for my visit.

Suggested improvements
I don’t think there was anything that could be improved on.


As I said above, I don’t think any one person stands out because the treatment from absolutely everyone I came into contact with was second to none.
