The nursing staff and on call physicians were superb. Mr. Hinds and his surgical team gave clear explanations, answered all questions while providing empathetic and professional care. A big thank you!

Suggested improvements
Overall, it was a very reassuring medical experience. One area to consider improving is the timely coordination of pharmacy dispensing. There appeared to be a 30-40 minute delay in starting the procedure due to the late arrival of the intravenous antibiotic. Although this doesn’t appear to be long time, it is when someone is in severe pain and any logistics delay seems unnecessary.
