Everyone at Cleveland was helpful, friendly and respectful. I felt well looked after

Nothing of major importance. Food trays could have been collected more quickly and I was disappointed that my bed was left unmade while I was in surgery, I would have liked and expected the sheets etc to be tidied.

I did not see my regular consultant during this stay as it was arranged at extremely short notice and it was necessary for another consultant to perform the procedure. However it was clear that they had conversed and discussed my case fully and I was more than happy that I was getting the care and attention I needed.

Paolo who was on duty at night. His calm and caring manner was very reassuring particularly when my heart rate was very erratic I was feeling unwell and a bit scared.
