Because it was my first time at 33 Grosvenor place and it was more then my expectations

Bath room door should be improved because when I did shut door a gap remained which is not good for the privacy, if anybody comes in the room can see person sitting on commode, I was in room 538 don't know about other rooms Rest everything was amazing

Because my consultant did all my procedure very professionally and with personal care, i am very much satisfied, and feel like i am in safe hands

Every member of nursing staff was Exceptional
