The consultant Dr Sri was amazing. Very knowledgeable, friendly and clear about next steps. The nurse taking my blood test was great too.

Suggested improvements
I think front desk staff should be more friendly. They should give clearer directions about where to go instead of just telling you the floor number. Would be good to be told where the lifts are and where to go once you get to the correct fooor.


Reception staff could be more friendly. Emails/ text messages should be sent after an appt is booked.
