From the minute i walked in i was treated courteously, with respect. Froom the person who brought me to me room to the nurses who put me at ease it was a FANTASTIC experience. I know this isn't a competition but the new Cleveland Clinic Hospital is a superb facility. The American nurse (Elizabeth?) was teaching a young new person and she was incredibly patient and caring in teaching her. I WAS IMPRESSED.
