Everyone i came into contact with was excellent, kind and caring. Having been in other hospitals and visited family members i can honestly say this was the best i have seen and all the team should be congratulated on this.

The cleaning staff were excellent the only reason i marked them down was i feel the bathroom should be cleaned daily especially the toilet and sink and the wet room floor washed daily. The biscuits available with tea i think a lemon and ginger shortbread were horrible, some other biscuits would be nice. My room design was not practical. No drawers to put my underwear in, cupboards and storage so high you would need a ladder to reach them. Shelves on the wall i couldn't reach from my bed and no bedside unit meant that my over the bed table was crammed with my personal belongings. With your huge food trays it meant i kept having to move my items for each meal. The shelf in my bathroom by the sink was impractical, my bottles kept falling in to the gap down to the bin! A bit of colour or art would have been lovely in a very cold room, needs brightening up!
