Wonderful caring staff,always kind and cheerful. Total confidence in Dr Hill who explained everything so carefully. Was lovely not to see various Doctors and only him.

Suggested improvements
Catering!!! Really poor,food usually arrived only slightly hot with the exception of soup. Missing items. Inedible burger. I had to request new water Menu far too extensive and very muddled. Less options would hopefully improve quality of food. Crazy large trays unnecessary. Used plates very seldom collected.in the way for nurses. Often taking plates away only when next meal delivered. If poorly,food is the only break in the day that you look forward to and I found myself choosing dishes that were least likely to be ok and did not look forward to my choices.
