As an outpatient with family/carer the service is good. Billing services could be more transparent at the start and the type of services and time allocated for each.

Suggested improvements
- It would be more convenient to have more plug points to recharge mobile phones etc in the cafe on the ground floor when seated having lunch & refreshments. - More access to mineral water bottles on the first and second floor for outpatients and carers/familly. As this was available but now is not. Especially now weather is warmer. - Need tea/ coffee refreshments on first and second floor for visitors and outpatients and availabiltiy of food/snacks or facility to order refreshments from the kitchen on each floor. - Would be great to have a taxi service from the main or side entrance for disabled patients especially out patients who come regularly for treatement. Also if special rates for oupatient taxis could be arranged or a service for transport of disabled out patients in wheelchairs to their destination. - Wifi use of mobile phones in building is not always working on mobile phones used in the building. As mobile does not always allow registration and connection as a guest user. - the disabled toilets for out patients on the first and second floors could be better stocked with hand towels and loo paper more regularly as this can be hit and miss during the week.

As an outpatient the care from physios and speech & language staff has been great. Reception staff on ground, first and second floors have been exceedingly helpful. It is also nice when staff come to help you out of taxis when you arrive especially if the patient is in a wheelchair and guide you around & help check you in.
