All caretakers were kind and attentive, explained very clearly all procedures and medications. Response was fairly quick when needed assistance.

I think the medication time management could’ve been better. I had to call to request the medication a couple of times. Sometimes I think delays would happen bc of the staff shift changes and consuming food prior to medication, so I had to eat then wait a bit longer for the nurse to come back with it

I think mostly everyone! All very kind :) I was really well looked after by everyone! One of the chefs during the night shift made a warm brownie with ice cream and a hot camomile tea! Just so I could have my medication. That was awesome, so thank you
