Failure to dispense medication Wrong medication ordered Poor communication between staff

Rooms very hot and uncomfortable ( nurses fanning themselves!) Staff unsure about how to operate machinery Despite filling in ‘my chart’, many healthcare providers didn’t know how to access it. It’s a new hospital and things are still very definitely bedding in. I wouldn’t come back here for future procedures
