I’m answering on behalf of my mother who had an amazing time having a keyhole surgery operation on the heart. She thought that your hospital was outstanding. Well done team and amazing achievement and an amazing building.

We can’t think of anything you could’ve done better again well done for a wonderful time in hospital and that’s saying something!

Professor Simon Redwood was instantly a hit with my mother. Particularly his brown eyes! Seriously she thought he was such a hit because he was attentive and understanding and compassionate and thinking through what she was going through.

My mother is planning to send cards to various staff members. I’m not sure who particularly she thought was outstanding because I think that she felt that everyone played the role in looking after her so beautifully.
