I'm at a loss for words really. My job is on high profile corporate service delivery and all of your people had the perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness. They were there for me during every step of the day making me feel at ease at all times. Melissa is a superstar, Isaacs is an amazing chap and I feel really bad for not remembering some of the other names.
And of course Dr Gikas has been amazing from my first visit.
Suggested improvements
As I said to my friends- if you have asked me to plan the perfect hospital visit I wouldn't have reached your level of service. You did everything right including some small things like water being offered to me with a straw as soon as I woke up etc
Melissa is top notch. I am separating her because we spent more time together. Also the 2 lovely ladies.that were with me when I was waking up from my anesthesia were amazing on easing me back to the land of the woke - apologies I was too fuzzy to remember their names.
