This is an excellent hospital I found it because the surgeon I chose was associated with it and so pleased that both exceeded my expectation. I have previously had excellent treatment through Harley Street services.

Patients should understand that everybody's time in a hospital is tentative because of emergencies and over runs due to the nature of the procedures. It is difficult for the hospital to convey this message to patients as it used so much as an excuse in other industries.

Within minutes of my first examination my problem was understood and explained to me. Follow up was the same and his attitude showed his experience in his field. Support staff were excellent but the main man in your life at this is the surgeon. The first thing I told my wife that the hospital polished the stainless steel, something missed in the rest of the world

All the staff that I came in contact with. The environment felt safe, modern and the equipment always at hand managed by competent and trained staff.
