I visited Dr Nathan on Saturday 8th October. During my stay I was looked after by Tahir and Andrea (healthcare assistants) who provided exceptional care and attention. They both went out of their way to try and find a slot for a scan and throughout my time they communicated clearly, effectively and were extremely professional.
I subsequently had a scan which was the first one available at 8am 10th October. There was a short delay but this was explained by reception. The radiologist Dr Papadopoulou was through with her findings and communicated throughout the scan which I appreciated.
Having previously attended HCA London bridge the week before for a consultation and scan I noticed a clear disparity in the quality of care and service and this is largely down to the staff that I saw (Dr Nathan, Dr Papadopoulou and special mention to healthcare assistants Tahir and Andrea)

I arrived scared and full of questions, I left relaxed and confident.
The medical team were so professional and showed great care and compassion. The hospital itself was immaculate. I felt safe and reassured at all times.
The care was exceptional throughout the whole visit. From our first meeting with the reception young lady (who remembered me from my major surgery a few months ago). This put me at ease and was extremely helpful.
The two nursing staff were very friendly and reassuring throughout my stay. They could not have been more helpful, explaining each step of the way both prior to and post-surgery. I was able to have refreshments post-surgery and this was tailor-made for me, nothing was too much trouble.

First visit and very impressed - I did not need costs details as covered by insurance
Excellent Doctor and nurse but confusion with tests .
Got text 9.25 saying I had appointment at 9.30 .Went back to check told it was an error .Left hospital and then was phoned and asked to come back for test
When I had the tests I had excellent service
I was also given card of someone to contact which I plan to use as I am still confused when further blood tests are due and having this card is a good idea
All round excellent and punctual service - Elizabeth (allocated nurse on 1st Floor) was very attentive and reassuring.
