I was originally booked in at Alexandra Hospital in Chesterfield for breast implants and due to an horrendous experience with them I went to Mr Lam at Claremont. I was treated with upmost respect from the initial consultation, I felt comfortable and informed about every aspect of my surgery and the process. This was an eye opening experience as at the previous hospital, I was quite honestly treated appallingly and I wasn’t the only one. As soon as they had my money they wasn’t interested. Please if anyone is thinking of surgery you 100% have to go to Claremont please don’t consider Alexandra!
Thank you to Mr Lam and all the staff, I was treated like a queen!
