Had a horrendous experience. My meeting with a consultant was awful. Firstly, despite meeting very vulnerable patients like myself she did not wear a mask. At this time, mask wearing was legally enforceable and she was the only person in the whole department not wearing one. Secondly she was very rude and aggressive and really upset me.
