I have rated highly but i do have an issue. I have been trying to contact someone from the gastroenterology department all morning and still not managed to speak to anyone. I have a problem with repeat medication which i have always had from ibd nurses and collected it from the hospital pharmacy. Now it has all changed apparently and when i rang to request the med i was told to contact my gp surgery which i did but they have no record of any of this so didnt really know what i was talking about. In a nutshell i am due to run out of the meds and have no idea what i am supposed to do about it. I would appreciate some contact to try to resolve this. I have rung the general enquiries numerous times and there is no answer. This is the first time i have ever had cause to complain about anything in all my years of being treated at chorley hospital. They have always been very good as far as my care has been concerned. I am at a loss as to who to try next.
