Staff Anita and Lynsey are very helpful and I felt not only supported me physically but also emotionally. I have found the whole class really beneficial as it enabled you to meet other amputees, support one another and have an understanding of each others needs. Great Great friendships have been formed. Although I have achieved an increase in my fitness level and thanks to the class received additional support via the gym, I am still not feeling ready to be D/C because I will really miss the class as a whole!
