We wanted to say a massive thank you to all the staff in the critical care department. They were all fantastic and we really couldn't fault anything, they certainly made the whole process easier for us all.
They really set the bar...if only this standard was carried on to the wards. While you can't expect the same level of one on one treatment in the wards, the nurses there could learn a great deal about how patients should be treated if they spent a day in Critical Care.
