I suffered a Cardiac arrest some years ago and my life was saved by the fantastic staff in this department and their prompt action. Since then I have been brought in on a number of occasions and have always been totally satisfied and grateful. My only comment is "bring back 24 hour cover to A&E in Cheltenham".

I have the greatest regard for the Cheltenham hospital and I have always found the staff to be really caring people. The lead nurse who attends to me is a really nice person and I think she is quite brilliant. I have no problems with this hospital at all.

The nursing, medical and other staff were all very friendly and understanding. Everything was explained to me and I was treated with dignity at all times. I could not possibly have asked for more.

Dr's and staff of Lilley brook ward treated mum during her last days with such dignity and respect. Nothing was too much, or too menial, and they took time to explain anything we did not understand as family. Thank you for making Mum's last days so peaceful and pain free.

The service was very efficient and effective - but also very impersonal. This was fine as the purpose of the visit was solely as screening procedure. However if it were for a patient returning for rescreening I would hope that the care would be more supportive and reassuring as I am sure that patients levels of anxiety would require it.

I would like to say how well the radiotherapy department was being run. I have just finished my 5 weeks of radiotherapy treatment and from day 1 every member of staff, that I have meet during this time have been amazing.

I had a car accident in Cheltenham on Sunday, 29th May and was taken to A & E. The ambulance crew and everyone in the A & E dept treated me very kindly. I have no complaints and would like to thank everyone involved.
