Experienced several data breaches. Staff appear unaware of their statutory obligations and are under the illusion they're somehow exempt from the GDPR. Appear to think they can override patient consent.
Profoundly disturbing stayed of affairs. The usual vicious, hostile response when patients assert their rights and expose breaches.
Such a shame the NHS refuses to learn from its mistakes at all costs.
