I had a appointment for 24th of November 2022 at 9pm with a doctor at ENT at Chase farm hospital, as my breathing through my nose is very severe I can hardly breath through my nose, the ENT doctor that I had a appointment with on 24th of November 2022 at chase farm hospital told me that he will refere me for a scan straight away and that I should receive the scan appointment within a week or two, and that after a couple of weeks he will ring me and arrange for a operation for my nose as he said looks bent and that’s why I can not breathe, I waited over 5 weeks and still never received a appointment for a scan also no phone call from the ENT doctor from chase farm hospital as promised by him, so I rang the ent at chase farm hospital today to chase them, but I was shocked when the secretary told me that the ent doctor at chase farm hospital that told me that he would refer me for a scan had not even bothered to refere me, why are some doctors at chase farm not keeping to there word for ?, why should I have to keep chasing them for them to do there job properly for ? this is not fair on me at all, I am a elderly women 60 years old, and he knew that I can hardly breath through my nose and that my GP refered me to ENT chase farm hospital as a emergency, and he still never kept to his word he did not bother to refere me for a scan when he said he would he also never bothered to keep to his word and ring me to arrange a operation on my nose, appalling care from chase farm hospital at ENT
