Charing Cross Hospital has played a huge part in delivering my care since initially becoming unwell. I have been an inpatient for surgical and medical reasons, and have had great outcomes and being cared for consistently throughout. The clinicians and staff were open minded and made adjustments to me according to my needs. Without the care of Charing Cross Hospital it is true to say I would not be here. There were a few incidences where my concerns were not listened to, which later turned out to be concerning and dangerous. However, these are isolated incidences to do with individuals and not the hospital as a whole. I think these incidences could occur at any hospital. Overall the care I received was fantastic, and I would feel very safe to be treated at Charing Cross Hospital should I need to in the future.
