I was extremely well looked after by the staff at Charing cross. I had surgery and the aftercare was very good. Its a big hospital and getting around can be daunting, but the staff that I encountered were kind and considerate. The entrance and the ground floor are a bit grubby. However its a work in progress, the hospital is being updated. Maggie's is also on site, they are wonderful! The breast surgery dept are so caring and professional. Orla O'Neill was looking after me and she was informative and kind every time I saw her.
