Regarding Chaple Street ATS for the period covering 2014 to November 2021. The secretarial staff are truly humane, kind and efficient. The facility is very clean throughout. But this review format would not let me submit this review without giving at leat one star for every other rating. If allowed, I would give NO stars to any other rating than cleanliness. Several clinical staff across years are callous and do not care that patients know they are. Managerial staff turn a blind eye, or excuse in writing, such bad staff behaviour and worse. Patient experience is truly terrible for many over seven years. Rare good clincal staff soon move on (good people will not stay where bad things happen). Mutliple clinican's across years, at all levels, are untruthful to patients to hide bad things they have done, and untruthful in saying they have actioned positive things which have not. Total disregard by clinicians and staff managers for NHS/NICE guidance and rules. No interest in patient mental health (myself and others there I know) no matter how bad our health gets. Utter clinical admin disfunction. No regard for clinical notes or diagnosies made by long-past good clinicans at Chapel Street. Do not trust your health to this clinic. Abysmal. A blight on the NHS. (The official NHS review webpage for THIS mental health clinic has been removed late 2021 : after displaying years of horrendous reviews by many verified patients of THIS clinic.)
