Clear explanations about procedures, at every stage. Respect for patients is a key feature of my experience. Everyone who I met worked well as part of the team and were friendly and approachable. That helped me a lot, and I am quite an anxious person, so the contact was reassuring, give my thanks to all on the surgical breast care team.
