All the staff were very cheerful and caring. They were very professional and communicated everything with me very clearly. Peter was very help to me.
Suggested improvements
Nothing I can think of at the hospital. Re: my letter though (the are I received before coming) there was no reference and cared or preparing for the procedure. Would have been helpful to have this info as I had a check it out online.

The telephone briefings was continue and helpful. I was welcomed with a smile at reception The delay in my appointment was explained. The nurses involved in the procedure were very friendly and the consultant outlined the process and follow up. Very well.
